Houses are self-contained and serviced weekly, with parking for 2 vehicles and WI-FI access in houses and public areas.
Check in & check out times
Check IN: 2.00pm (3pm during peak times, such as School holidays, Long weekends, Christmas/New Years etc.)
Check OUT: 10.00am

RECEPTION HOURS
Our reception is open from 9am to 5pm daily.

AQUA RESORT REGISTRATION AND SELF-CHECK-IN DETAILS
Please provide the registration number of the vehicle/s that will be on the property during your stay and estimated time of arrival at least 3 days prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN
If you are arriving later than our reception hours your keys will be placed in an envelope with a map and put in the safe-box located at the reception door.
The five digit code to open the box is 4562# - THIS IS NOT THE GATE CODE - Please close the safe-box once you have your keys, and proceed to the vehicle security gate.

SECURITY GATE DETAILS
Our vehicle security gate closes at 3.30pm and re-opens at 6am.
The code for the security gate AND beach-end pedestrian gate is 5698 (NO hash). For the beach-end gate you will need to press "C" first then enter the code.
